BOOKING POLICIES
A few things to know before your appointment ♡

BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
A £25 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final balance.
Your remaining balance can be paid by cash or bank transfer at your appointment.
Card details are securely held when booking and may be charged in line with the cancellation and no-show policy below.
3. RUNNING LATE
Please try to arrive on time so you can enjoy your full appointment. ♡
I allow a 15-minute grace period. After this, I may need to cancel your appointment if there is no longer enough time to safely complete your treatment.
If your appointment has to be cancelled due to lateness, the remaining balance will be charged.

05. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please arrive alone as I'm unable to accommodate plus-ones during appointments.
For lash and brow appointments, please arrive with the treatment area clean and makeup-free where possible.
Contact lenses will need to be removed for lash treatments, so please bring your lens case or glasses with you.
You're more than welcome to bring headphones, have a chat, or simply have a little lash nap ♡
A toilet is available on-site.
07. AFTERCARE & FIXES
You'll be given aftercare advice following your treatment to help you get the best possible results.
If something doesn't seem right, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment with clear photos. I'll assess the issue and arrange a fix where appropriate ♡
Concerns raised after 48 hours will be assessed individually and a complimentary fix cannot be guaranteed.
Lash retention and brow results naturally vary between clients and can be affected by natural growth cycles, skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.
If you experience irritation or a possible allergic reaction, please contact me as soon as possible so I can advise you on the next steps.
Completed treatments are generally non-refundable.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
02. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
I completely understand that plans can change ♡ If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
With 48+ hours’ notice, your booking fee can be transferred to your new appointment when rescheduling.
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your £25 booking fee.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the remaining appointment balance.
A new booking fee will be required to secure any new appointment.
04. LASH INFILLS
Infills are based on how many lash extensions you have remaining, rather than simply how many weeks it has been.
70%+ remaining — Mini Infill
50–70% remaining — Standard Infill
Less than 50% remaining — Full Set
Infills are recommended within 3 weeks. After this, a fresh set may be recommended depending on your lash growth and retention.
I don't infill work from another lash artist, so you'll need to book a removal + fresh set if you're coming to SLB with existing extensions.
06. TREATMENT SUITABILITY
Your natural lash and brow health will always come first ♡
Results can vary depending on your natural lashes/brows, growth pattern, skin type and starting condition.
If I feel your chosen treatment isn't suitable for you, I'll explain why and recommend an alternative where possible.
Certain lash styles may not be suitable for very curly or compromised natural lashes and will be assessed before treatment.
Patch testing may be required for certain treatments. If one is needed, I'll let you know before your appointment.
Please let me know beforehand about any known allergies, sensitivities or previous reactions to lash or brow treatments.
